My exclusive 1:1 weekly consultations are designed to help you achieve accelerated healing and personal growth over four transformative weeks. I accept Mental health plans, and consultations can be used for Medicare rebates.

What's Included:

1. 4 x 50-Minute Sessions:
Each week, you will participate in 50-minute therapy sessions that focus on exploring and healing from trauma using EMDR, Shadow Work, and Positive Visualization techniques.

2. Personalized Practices Between Sessions:
Receive tailored mindfulness and positive visualization exercises to practice between sessions. This will help you stay grounded and enhance your recovery process.

3. Trauma Processing Toolkit:
Gain lifetime techniques such as deep breathing, grounding exercises, positive affirmations and journaling to help regulate your emotions and manage PTSD symptoms well beyond the program duration.

With over 10 years of clinical experience, both locally and overseas,  I specialize in empowering individuals to overcome trauma, PTSD, and anxiety while guiding them on their healing journey.

 My approach combines evidence-based therapies like EMDR, Shadow Work, CBT, Mindfulness, and Positive Visualisation, all tailored to each client's unique needs.

I have the highest academic credentials in my profession. I hold a Master's in Counselling and I am registered at Level 4, the highest membership level with the Australia Counsellors Association—additionally, a master's in social work. I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with the AASW and have specialized qualifications in trauma recovery strategies.


My career spans forensics, not-for-profit sectors, private organizations, and educational settings. I’ve worked as a family counsellor, school social worker, senior consultant in Employee Assistance Programs, and guest speaker at numerous community events. Having delivered mental health programs locally and overseas, I bring a culturally informed and holistic approach to my practice.

With over 17 years of marriage and two adolescents, I deeply understand families' challenges.

My passion is to help clients achieve emotional stability, mental clarity, and overall wellness through personalized care and empathetic support.

The sessions will use EMDR, Shadow Work, Mindfulness, and Positive Visualization to support your emotional healing and personal transformation journey.

 Program Format & Pricing:

  • Investment:
    Option 1: 4-Week Program - AUD 1,000 (split into 2 monthly payments of AUD 500).
  • Option 2: Pay in Full —AUD 1000 (includes an optional 25-minute bonus follow-up session three months after the program).

Flexible Scheduling:

  • Sessions are held weekly and can be completed via telehealth - phone, video or in-person consultations (for clients in Ballarat, Australia).
  • All 4 sessions must be completed within two months of your start date
    Any unused sessions expire after the 2-month enrolment period.
  • Commitment & Cancellation Policy: Trauma assessments and scheduled sessions must be attended for accurate treatment progress.
  • 48-hour cancellation notice is required; otherwise, full session fees are forfeited.
    You may purchase additional single sessions to compensate for lost time if needed.


I implement this policy to maintain the program's integrity and ensure clients can schedule appointments equally.
